Carol Kuok

Carol is a company secretary who has been in practice for over 30 years. She started her career in Singapore at the age of 14, doing share transfers for a listed company under a manual share transfer system. Carol has work experience in the United Kingdom and Singapore dealing with all sorts of corporate situations, solving problems that seemed impossible.
